Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items for a refund 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • All returns will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they meet these requirements before a refund is processed.

  • Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

  • Once your return has been inspected and approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.

  • Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  2. Securely package your item(s) and return them to the address provided by our team.

  3. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  4. Once you have contacted the customer care team, you may return your item(s) to HAUS XIV, 28 Knightsbridge, Sunderland, SR3 3DP. With you returns form included.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Items that show signs of use or damage not caused during delivery
