HAUS XIV Competition Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all competitions, giveaways, and promotional offers (“Competitions”) run by HAUS XIV. By entering any Competition, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Eligibility

  • Competitions are open to participants aged 18 years or over unless otherwise stated.
  • Employees of HAUS XIV, their families, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter.
  • Entry requirements (such as location, platform, or account status) will be specified per Competition.

2. Entry Requirements

  • All entry instructions will be outlined in the Competition post or announcement.
  • Entries must be completed within the stated timeframe. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
  • Only one entry per person may be permitted unless otherwise specified.

3. Social Media Competitions

For Competitions requiring participation via social media (e.g. following, liking, sharing, or tagging):

  • Participants must remain followers of HAUS XIV’s social media account(s) for a minimum of six (6) months after the Competition ends.
  • If a participant unfollows HAUS XIV within this period, they may be considered in breach of these Terms.

4. Email Subscription Competitions

For Competitions requiring email sign-up:

  • Participants must remain subscribed to the HAUS XIV email mailing list for a minimum of six (6) months after the Competition ends.
  • Unsubscribing within this period may result in disqualification or further action as outlined below.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random or based on criteria stated in the Competition details.
  • Winners will be notified via the platform used to enter or via email.
  • If a winner does not respond within the specified time, HAUS XIV reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Prizes

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  • HAUS XIV reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Retention Requirement & Prize Recovery

  • By entering the Competition, participants agree to comply with the social media follow and/or email subscription requirements for a minimum of six (6) months.
  • If a winner fails to meet these requirements within the stated period, HAUS XIV reserves the right to:
    • Request the return of the prize in its original condition, or
    • Require payment of the full retail value of the item(s).

8. General

  • HAUS XIV reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any Competition at any time without prior notice.
  • HAUS XIV is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or delays outside of its control.
  • By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and/or social media handle for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
